The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The location was convenient, with a metro station right next to the hotel. We were able to easily explore the city and reach all the attractions we wanted to visit.
The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was not very pleasant, with shady people and a lot of trash. Some of the staff members were rude and unhelpful, which made our experience less enjoyable.
